If  users work with multiple platforms in the app and the user authentication of the last platform he used  is outdated the user can't switch to one of the other  platforms. The option  'switch to an other site' is not available. The user has to be logged in to get access to this feature.

Here are situations where it is a problem:

• user account was deleted or disabled
• user can't remember login data and has no mail access
