iPad 2 - 6.1

I've just done a new phonegap build

Connect as student
Select content of the first course
Try to select 'show all' or other topics.
=> no topics can be accessed
Go to settings
Development
Reset the app (note that the settings first panel works)
Connect as cvs
Select content of the first course
=> 'show all' and other topics are working
Go to settings
=> now the settings first panel is not working, I'm stock on the 'add site' page. No other settings can be accessed.
