On the activity listing page (Content > Topic > display the activity):
The course name has a big padding because a course picture was expected to be displayed. But there is not course picture in Moodle and it's not plan for anytime soon. We can remove it.

Also it would be good to display the course description under the course name (mayb a small version with three dots ahen you click on it it expands the description) or display some kind of description icon.
