Connect as student, go to Student Council course, Content, Show all, long press on "January Minutes". See the native iOS popup that appears. Hopefully there is a phonegap config to disable it.

I know it may sound picky but it has been reported to me by many people as a bug. I'm saying all a time "It's normal, it's part of the OS". But it's kind of a lame excuse as the user doesn't care, the user wants the app to behave as her/his other apps.
