Reuse current title in the new-content directives for site plugins

      1. As admin, install the latest version of the mod_questionnaire plugin in your site.
      2. Go to a course and create a questionnaire. Make sure to add at least 1 question.
      3. In the app, login as a student and open the questionnaire. Check that you see an "Answer the questions..." button and the title of the page is the name of the activity.
      4. Click the answer questions button. Check that a new page is opened and the page title is the same as in the previous page.

      The directives core-site-plugins-new-content and core-site-plugins-call-ws-new-content accept a title input. If this input isn't provided, we should try to use the title in the existing page.
