If a SCORM is completed in the app, it's not marked as complete for some reason.

To reproduce: Master site > Moodle triaging > Topic 7 > Module 4 ATB

If you complete the same SCORM in web then it is marked as complete. I checked the tracks sent in both cases and they seem to be the same.

When the last "page" of the SCORM is reached, both the app and web send this track:

Maybe this issue is caused because the SCORM is configured to be completed AND passed. I didn't see any grade or passed sent in the app or in web, maybe in web it's calculated behind the scenes and the WS doesn't do that.
