Curently the camera can not take video, use http://docs.phonegap.com/en/2.2.0/cordova_media_capture_capture.md.html#Capture instead of getPicture

Note I'm removing the camera phonegap build config as it's not useful (it does not change anything yet, I tested the phonegap build without and with it) but it blocks the app to be installed on Nexus 7 and some other android tablet: http://community.phonegap.com/nitobi/topics/phonegap_built_app_not_showing_for_nexus_7
