      Hi,

I have a client who is reporting, and I can confirm the following error message:

      > " Error
      >
      > Your authentication token is invalid or has expired, you will have to reconnect to the site.
      >
      > OK ""

(Can't see a way to add a screenshot ... weird!)

The problem we have is that this version 3.5.2 may (I'm trying to confirm) be on a large batch of Acer tablet devices that have been sent to Sierra Leone, and the end-users are not necessarily tech-savvy.

Questions: * Is this a "routine" issue that requires the user to "forget" and re-add the site?

      • Does this occur with all versions of the mobile app. 3.5.1 ... 3.5.2 ... 3.6.0 ...? (I'm currently not seeing it on 3.5.1)
      • Is it possible to send me the 3.5.1 and 3.5.2 APK files please, so that I can test?

      (My email " nick.freear AT open.ac.uk " ...)

Thank you in advance for your help.

      Best wishes,
