Cannot navigate inside http iframes, all links are opened in browser

      1. In the app, go to Mobile 34 > MM Dev Testing > Resource: Page > Page with this course embedded. Please notice that the iframe will fill only part of the screen in android.
      2. In the General section of the course you'll see a link named "A url with target _blank". Click it and check that the URL is opened in browser.
      3. Now click to open any of the activities in the course (e.g. News forum or A book with embedded files). Check that the activity is opened inside the iframe instead of being opened in browser.

      Right now, if a link inside an iframe has http(s) protocol it's always opened in browser. If the iframe also uses http(s) protocol, we should check the target of the link to decide if it should be opened in the browser or in the iframe itself.
