In Moodle, create 2 feedbacks: one with auto number questions and the other without it (in "Question and submission settings"). There are 2 already created in Mobile 34 > Feedback Testing > Anonymous feedback. In the app, login as teacher and open the feedback with auto number. Click to preview the questions. Check that you see a number next to each question. Now go back to the feedback entry page, click "Submitted answers" and open any of the answers. Check that you see a number next to each question. Repeat the steps 3 and 4 with the feedback without auto number. Check that now you do not see the numbers next to each question.
