If you have an instance of mod_heading on a course page and view it in the app, you can click the heading and you get a page saying "You organisation installed a plugin that is not yet supported".  This clearly isn't right, a Heading is just static text displayed on a course page, so there's nothing more to support.  Headings should not do anything when clicked.
