Create a course including some sections with contents but not visible.
Make the last section to be a stealth section.
As student: Navigate to the course and check the section selector is hightlighted and there are buttons to navigate next and previous section at the bottom.
As teacher: Navigate to the course and check that you can navigate correctly using the previous and next buttons and you see all the sections that you can see in the web version.

We need to improve the sections navigation:

Make more relevant the sections selector (maybe using the full width of the screen) and make it a button (like the bootstrap dropdown)
Allow to go to previous/next sections using buttons at the bottom
Allow to go to previous/next sections using gestures (like swipe left and swipe right)

Apart from that, this needs fixing:

When the section/topic name is long, the text is not wrapped so we don't see the full section/topic name.
