The new phone gap (as they have updated the system ) is no more building any app from the github . I have tried it even with the official moodlemobile-phonegapbuild repository. (I have followed instructions for separate android and ios branch too.) Please check the log file of phone gap for android build  below and suggest the resolution  for the issue.
