Access as teacher using the mobile app to the forum

Check that for adding new posts you see a button that says "Add a new question"

Check that in standard forums for general usage you still see "Add a new discussion topic"

I have created Q and A forum . in web it says "Add a new Question" but in moodle mobile it displays "Add a new discussion topic".
