Configure the development environment for Moodle Mobile.

Using the command line, go to the root folder of the MM project and run this command:

gulp remoteaddon -p www/addons/grades/

Open the folder www/addons/grades and check there is a grades.zip file in it.

Unzip the file. Check that it includes an addon.js and a styles.css file, and the templates folder includes all the html files. Check that the controllers, scss and services folders are empty.

We package all the JS code in an addon.js file, so the original files aren't needed and can be excluded from the packaged file.
