Fix bower version for ydn.db

      ydn.db was downgraded automatically at some point, it seems an issue with ydn.db bower publishing (see https://github.com/yathit/ydn-db/issues/119)

      We need to fix it because in the latest release we are using 0.9.2 and in the previous ones we were using 1.0.3
