JPG images in Books or course topic will not display. This is happening on Android and Apple devices. Have checked Web Services Enables. When selecting a Book, error appears and says "Error downloading module files. Some file might be missing", and they are missing/not shown.

Note : No problem on some phones/devices but occurs on many other devices.
