Site preparation. You can just use studentjuan in prototype 3.2 to skip this part.

      1. In Moodle web as a teacher, create a forum where students can post.
      2. In Moodle web as a student, subscribe to the forum. You can just force the subscription as the teacher.
      3. Now post in the forum as the teacher. Make sure to enable "Send forum post notifications with no editing-time delay".
      4. Now trigger the cron or wait for it to run automatically. After this happens, you should have a notification as the student.

      Test this issue:

      1. Login in the app as the student and go to Notifications.
      2. Click "View" in the notification of the forum (in proto 3.2 with studentjuan, it's the notification of "Standard forum").
      3. Check that you can add a new reply in online.
      4. Go offline. Check that you cannot add a new reply.
      5. Go back online, go to My Courses and go to the forum discussion in the course.
      6. Once in there, go offline and add a reply in offline.
      7. Still in offline, go back to Notifications and click "View" in the same notification as before.
      8. Check that you can edit and save the offline post.
      9. Check that now you can add new replies in offline.
