In web, create a forum in an empty section. Create at least 1 discussion.

In the app in tablet mode, enter the course and enable download sections using the top right menu.

Download the section where the new forum is. When the download finishes, check that no icon is shown next to the section.

In web, add a new reply or discussion in the forum.

In the app, perform a Pull To Refresh in the section where the forum is (not in the list of sections). Check that the forum now has a refresh button and that the section has the refresh button too.

In the app in tablet mode, go to a section and download all the modules in that section.
Enable downloads in the section list and check that the section doesn't show any download icon.
In web, update something in the module.
In the app, perform a PTR in the section (not in the list of sections) and check that now the module is marked as outdated, but the section still shows no icon.
