As a teacher, navigate to an assignment with some different submissions: Some not submitted. Some submitted but not graded. Some submitted and graded. Some submitted, graded and then submitted again. Navigate to Needs to be graded submissions to check the filter. Check the number from the previous screen is the number of submissions shown. Check only Submitted and not graded and submitted after graded are shown there. Check you can't navigate to Needs to be graded on versions < 3.2
