Fix the bottom padding in iOS

      Basic testing:

      1. Using iOS: Go to a large course section with scroll.
      2. Confirm there's empty space after the last activity.

      Extended testing:

      1. On real device. Navigate the app.
      2. Confirm that pages has a correct height, width and padding/margins.
      3. Check also Pull To Refresh.
      4. Examples to test:
        • Login page
        • Login help page (modal)
        • Minisite (resource with html)
        • Page with split view (confirm both, left view and right view).
