Redirect to My Courses if Site Home is empty not working in Moodle 3.2

      1. Using a Moodle with master branch, as admin configure to use "Site" as defaulthomepage
      2. Leave Site Home empty (no modules and no description, go to Edit settings>Common module settings for each module).
      3. Login in the app and check that you're redirected to "My Courses".
      4. Now in Moodle web add a module or set a description in Site Home.
      5. Login in the app again and check that now Site Home is loaded. Please notice that this check uses cache, so you might have to wait 5 minutes (you can delete the site and add it again to skip the cache).
