Now on PTR, when the action is done the spinner is hidden.

BTW, when PTR fails, no error is shown.

I suggest to use the icon (spinner) and text to inform user about what's going on:

1. Change spinner and place an ok / warning sign before hiding.
2. Change text and place the action that is being executed: Refreshing / Syncing...
3. Change the text to show success / error message.
4. On error do not hide the PTR.
