Accept the site policy in the app

      1. In browser, login in a Moodle 3.2 as admin and add a Site Policy to your site in the Site Administration (a link to any webpage and in a second test a link to a public pdf file in the web).
      2. In the app, login with a user that hasn't accepted the site policy. Check that you are redirected to a view where you can accept the site policy.
        • Maybe you need to navigate through the app to be redirected to the site policy view since not all the WebServices return the error.
      3. Check that clicking the link to the site policy opens it in a browser.
      4. Check that you see the site policy in an iframe if it's an HTML page that can be rendered in an iframe.
      5. Click "Cancel". Check that you're redirected to the sites view.
      6. Login again and now click "I understand and agree". Check that you're redirected to the site initial page (My Courses or Site Home). Check that you can now navigate through the app without triggering the Site Policy error.

      We should be able to detect sitepolicynotagreed exceptions and allow the user to accept the site policy in the app to continue working
