Create travis file to run tests

      1. Enable Travis: Log-in into https://travis-ci.org with your github account, go to your clone of the moodlemobile2 repository and enable it
      2. Enable tests for the repository:
        • Build only if .travis.yml is present must be On
        • Build pushes must be On too
      3. Add a fake commit to the branch and then push to the repo, check that after a few seconds the tests start running in travis

      It would great to be able to launch tests in Travis, we can do it creating a .travis.yml file
