Download images inside remote CSS

      1. Add an image in a remote CSS, like in a background image.
      2. Check that it's downloaded and the offline file is used the second time the styles are loaded (first time we show the online one to speed up the loading).
      3. Check that styles are immediately loaded when logout/login. Also, check that styles are immediately loaded when restoring a session (start the app with a logged in session).

      Right now if a remote CSS includes images, they won't be shown in offline because the app doesn't download them. We should download images inside remote CSS.
