In our testing, a User swiped at a name in order to display some options re: block user, delete conversation, etc. but nothing happened. This is a typical action on other mobile apps to do specific operations. To the user, this made it seem like users can't delete spam, it's there forever.

Adding the ability to swipe a conversation name left or right, similar to iOS mail, would bring some familiarity to users.
