Create quizzes with time limit.

Check that the time left is shown in a top navigation bar while answering questions.

Check that the timer is shown in the summary page.

Check that the timer is not shown if a quiz doesn't have a time limit.

Check that the timer becomes red when it's about to finish (<15 seconds). Check that the answers are submitted when the timer reaches 0.
