Create a quiz with different pages and "Free" navigation. Check that you can change page in the app using the next/previous arrows and the TOC. Check that the data is saved when changing a page. Check that the data is saved when leaving the quiz, either using Ionic's back button or Android's back button. Check that when you go back into the quiz you see the same page you were seeing before leaving it. Check that you can't change page in offline. Check that a confirm modal is shown if you try to leave the quiz in offline. Now create a quiz with different pages and "Sequential" navigation. Check that you can't go back to previous page and you can't navigate using the TOC.
