Add quiz links somewhere in your Moodle site: A link to quiz view: mod/quiz/view.php?id=2116 A link to attempt review: mod/quiz/review.php?attempt=84 A link to attempt review specifying a page: mod/quiz/review.php?attempt=84&page=1 A link to attempt review specifying page and showall: mod/quiz/review.php?attempt=84&page=1&showall=1 Check that the app captures all the links and redirects to the right view. Check that the review shows the right page if the "page" param is set and showall isn't set. Check that the review shows all questions in the same page if showall is set to 1 (page is ignored).
