Moodle web shows a warning if the quiz grade was overridden by a teacher. We should do the same in the app, but right now the WS doesn't return the required data to detect it.

We also need to show the feedback written in the gradebook and the quiz feedback relative to the final grade (we can't get it from the attempts because the teacher can manually change the grade).
