SCORM without organizations/items/toc should work

      1. Create a SCORM without TOC/Organizations. Check that you can open it in the app.
      2. Check that SCOes without launch URL cannot be selected.
      3. Create a SCORM without any valid SCO (no launch url or not visible) and check that an error message is shown if you open it in the app.
      4. Check that online launch URLs (HTML pages) are loaded.
