For this test you'll have to use a Moodle without local_mobile installed. We'll install it during the test.

      1. Use a fixed URL in components/login/main.js. Please make sure this URL doesn't follow our "format" style (e.g. add a "/" at the end of the URL).
      2. Login in the app.
      3. Install local_mobile in Moodle.
      4. The app should tell you to reconnect. Please check that the URL shown in the reconnect screen is formatted (e.g. last "/" was removed).

When session expires we call $mmSitesManager#checkSite and then redirect to the reconnect string. We should send the URL formatted by checkSite to the reconnect state, otherwise this can cause bugs with fixed URLs.
