Delete notes

      Test on one device of your choice.

      1. Login as a teacher in the master mobile site (3.7+).
      2. Navigate to a Course > Participants > Choose a participant > Notes.
      3. Click on the Add button and add a note to the user (does not matter if site note, course note or personal note).
      4. After adding it the list will display the new note.
      5. Now click on the pencil button on the top bar.
      6. Delete the note.
      7. Check it's correctly deleted.
      8. Now try go offline and delete a note.
      9. Restore it before going online.
      10. Go online and check the note is not deleted.
      11. Go offline again and delete it.
      12. Go online and check it syncs when online after a while or manually.

      There is a Web Service created for deleting notes: core_notes_delete_notes but unfortunately is not included in latest versions of Moodle, in any case, we can include it in the local_mobile plugin and implement the feature in the app (in a similar way to delete messages, on-hold event?)
