Testing Instructions:

Test 1:

In the app, load course sections.

In Moodle, update the name of one sections.

In the app, perform a pull to refresh in the sections list (NOT single section). Check that the name is updated.

Test 2:

Go offline and open a forum. An error should be shown and you should see an empty screen.

Go online, perform a pull to refresh and check that the forum is loaded right.

Pull to refresh is not working right in two cases:

In forum, the first call to get the forum data failed. I do a PTR to fetch it again, but it's not working right.
In course contents, PTR in all sections is not working right either.
