Populate automaticaly the subject field when replying a forum post

      1. Click "Reply" on a forum post and check that the subject is set to "RE: " + original subject.
      2. Add a new post and check that if you try to add a second one the default subject is still the same.
      3. Click "Reply", cancel that reply and then click "Reply" again. Check that cancelling the reply doesn't override the default subject.

      In the web version the subject field is automatically populated with the original discussing subject, prefixing with a "Re: " (in english, see how it's done in other languages)

      We should mimic that behavior in the app
