It should look similar to Moodle one, we need to list there any API changes, library upgrade, etc...

Comments should be short and concise and refer via links to the Moodle Mobile docs for further information.

Please, browse the current issues marked with the dev_docs_required tag and document everything in the upgrade.txt file and Moodle dev docs (for example, new events)
