We have an issue where uploaded items from the moodle iphone app are unable to be opened.

we continue to get 404 message in moodle 2. when clicking on a file uploaded into my private files from the moodle iphone app. can you please investigate?

I think we've already solved this one. It's a bug with Moodle that doesn't like "+" symbols in file names otherwise it will return you a 404 not found error.
This is why it happens with all platforms (IE, Chrome and the Apple app)

Please re-test when you get a chance of uploading a file without the plus symbol in the filename and if you still have errors, just log another service desk call and I'll investigate. I've already tested this issue with and without the plus symbol and without appears to work fine.

If i rename the the file and remove the + then all works fine.
