      Hello Thom - as per the email, we have a new co-facilitator in the Turkish Moodle course
      He is [Zeki Tuman|] (a maintainer of the Turkish language pack)

      Can you follow our Moodle.org admin processes doc for adding a new facilitator and add him as appropriate - and then let him know via email, CCing me and tsala ?
