Moodle.org links underlined after upgrading to 5.0

      Following the upgrade of moodle.org to 5.0, links in the course index and block drawer are underlined. Also all discussion links on forum pages such as https://moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?id=28 and in discussion threads e.g. https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=467588 are underlined.

      None of these links were underlined previously in 4.5.
