There is a version of format_topcoll in the Moodle plugin database that is marked compatible with Moodle 4.5 but if I use the "check for available updates" button on the plugins overview page in a Moodle 4.5 installation I'm not offered it as an upgrade.

It looks as if this is caused by the API not returning it for this query: https://download.moodle.org/api/1.3/pluginfo.php?plugin=format_topcoll&branch=4.5

Only the 4.4 compatible version is returned.
