Profile pictures display as broken links in moodle.org forum post emails

      As noticed by jgramp-moodle, profile pictures display as broken links in forum post emails from moodle.org.

      This seems to be a moodle.org-specific problem, as profile pictures display fine in forum post emails from other sites, such as Moodle Academy.
