As reported in Freshdesk ticket 198673:
I am experiencing some difficulties connecting to download.moodle.org to check for updates automatically. As a result, I am unable to perform updates or register my site.
My site's URL uses a .education domain, and I suspect that Cloudflare might be blocking the connection. Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue?
I have already posted this issue on the Moodle community forum (https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=463214) but wanted to reach out directly for further assistance.
When attempting to update the site registration an error message is displayed (see attachment) and also a message saying the registration was last updated 15 October 2024.
