The list of fields that the registration site can accept is hardcoded in local_hub. We need to extend it to accept more fields from Workplace 4.5 sites (i.e. if "Learning catalogue" is enabled or there are new price course custom fields, or mutitenancy is enabled and tenants have custom wwwroot)
