Change the lead maintainer of theme_adaptable.

      Hello,

      With reference to https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=462202#p1855649 - I've realised that I'm not the lead maintainer of Adaptable - https://moodle.org/plugins/theme_adaptable - as Jez H added me many moons ago, for me to take over the development and maintenance of the theme. Please could I be so, as 'Jez H' and 'Manoj Solanki' are no longer associated with the theme.
