A strange issue has affected all courses of our moodle platform in version 4.4.3

In the course navigation bar, the "Reports" item has gone, and the next one in the "more" dropdown menu has taken his place.

On our instance this is the view :

And on another instance the correct view is

There are also a lot of items that have gone "Download center", "LTI..."

The links are not printed in the menu, but if I type the direct link like for example, the reports : https://mysite/report/view.php?courseid=268, the result works fine.

The missing items are not part of a configuration of the administation in Moodle ?

What other check or research I can do to identify the cause of this problem ?
