Accept more registration data fields from Workplace sites

      The list of fields that the registration site can accept is hardcoded in local_hub. We need to extend it to accept more fields from Workplace 4.4 sites:

      • 'wpcustompagesstart'  for the total of custom start pages
      • 'wpdefaulthomepagetype'  for the 'defaulthomepage' value
