QA site won't upgrade - higher version of /admin/tool/mfa/factor/auth already installed

      I was on the live QA site as admin and was prompted to upgrade to Moodle 4.5dev+ (Build: 20240821) but the error message Cannot downgrade appeared - lameze is this something you can resolve?
