After meeting with the jleyva and the apps team to improve the Apps CI testing it was suggested to send a notification on the Apps CI chat whenever an apps build fails to raise awareness of the team of potential issues.

Another thing to consider is to change the restriction of ToBiC comments to "hq-developers" group so the apps team can view the failed builds as well
