Based on team members' feedback and users' experience through usability testing in other studies, we can assume that the navigation experience on the community sites (docs, amos, plugins directory, download, tracker, demo, etc...) can be confusing, leading to a poor navigation experience and affecting the performance of not only the community sites but other Moodle sites as well.
